We organise trade shows globally & offer booth options to exhibiting companies which want to expand their distribution in given geography.

We expect visitors from neighbouring African countries & some from Asia/ Europe/ Middle Est aswell. Like always, we will be giving complimentary hotel accommodation to importers which will encourage them to visit the expo.

Exhibitor Registration Cost
Our standard booth packages come with basic furniture & fittings. Details are as below –

Standard Booth
9sqm - 1 Table, 4 Chairs, 9 Shelves, 3 Spotlight, 1 Counter, 1 Socket
12sqm - 1 Table, 4 Chairs, 12 Shelves, 4 Spotlight, 1 Counter, 1 Socket
15sqm - 2 Table, 6 Chairs, 15 Shelves, 5 Spotlight, 1 Counter, 1 Socket
18sqm - 2 Table, 8 Chairs, 18 Shelves, 6 Spotlight, 2 Counter, 1 Socket

* Corner booth 10% extra.* Taxes Extra as applicable.

Visitor Registration Cost
Entry for visitors is free & they can either register online on website or onspot at the expo centre. They will be given an entry badge once registered.

Payment Mode -
Payments can be made online using credit card or vide bank transfer as per preference.
Payment Terms -

50% Advance Payment Within 10 Days of Invoice & Balance 30 days before the expo.
